Sponsorship Policy

SHRTX is an independently operated, privacy-first web utility platform managed by Vishwanath Tec Systems (VTS), India.

This page defines how sponsorship inquiries are evaluated and what boundaries apply before any collaboration is considered.

1. Independent Operation and Risk Boundaries

SHRTX is:

• Independently operated
• Not a media publication
• Not a review or ranking marketplace
• Not an investment advisor
• Not a reseller for sponsor products

Any sponsorship relationship does not create partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, fiduciary relationship, or joint liability.

2. What Sponsorship Means on SHRTX

Potential sponsorship formats may include:

• Clearly labeled sponsor acknowledgments
• Limited, disclosed promotional placements
• Contextual sponsor references where relevant

Sponsorship does not include:

• Product endorsement guarantees
• Performance guarantees (traffic, clicks, conversions)
• Revenue-sharing obligations
• Ranking manipulation in tool listings or search
• Access to user or analytics data

3. Eligibility Standards

To reduce spam and protect user trust, SHRTX reviews sponsorship proposals only when they meet all of the following:

• Clear legal business identity
• Official domain email communication
• Public website and product/service details
• Relevant alignment with SHRTX audience and mission
• No cloaked redirects, misleading destination behavior, or hidden traffic routing
• No data-harvesting or surveillance-oriented business model

Priority alignment areas:

• Developer tools and infrastructure
• Privacy and security software
• Educational technology
• Ethical SaaS products with clear user value

4. Non-Eligible Categories

SHRTX does not accept sponsorship from:

• Gambling platforms
• Adult content providers
• High-risk crypto speculation or trading schemes
• Payday lending or exploitative finance
• SEO backlink placement schemes
• Data brokers or surveillance-based businesses

SHRTX reserves the right to refuse any sponsorship proposal at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

5. Disclosure and Editorial Independence

All accepted sponsor placements are clearly marked, such as:

• Sponsored
• Advertisement
• Partner Content

Sponsorship does not influence:

• Tool functionality
• Product roadmap decisions
• Editorial wording outside the sponsored disclosure scope
• Privacy architecture and consent controls

SHRTX retains full editorial and placement control at all times, including wording, placement context, visibility, and removal decisions.

6. No Data Sharing Commitment

SHRTX does not sell, trade, or share user data with sponsors.

Sponsors do not receive:

• User identities
• Tool inputs
• Search keyword logs
• Raw behavioral tracking data
• Internal first-party analytics access

Analytics remains aggregate and first-party controlled.

7. Liability Limitation for Sponsored Parties

Each sponsor is solely responsible for:

• Product claims and representations
• Legal and regulatory compliance
• Support and customer outcomes

SHRTX provides placement only and assumes no liability for sponsor operations.
SHRTX does not conduct sponsor due diligence, legal verification, or commercial validation on behalf of users. Users are responsible for independently evaluating sponsor offerings before any engagement.
SHRTX does not provide financial, legal, or investment endorsement through sponsorship placement.
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold SHRTX and VTS harmless from third-party claims arising from sponsor products, services, representations, regulatory violations, or customer disputes tied to sponsored placements.

8. Placement Control and Removal Rights

SHRTX retains full control over:

• Placement format and labeling
• Publication timing
• Duration and visibility
• Modification or removal decisions

SHRTX may remove sponsored placements at any time, with or without prior notice, if trust, safety, legal, or policy concerns arise.

9. Commercial Structure

SHRTX is operated under Vishwanath Tec Systems (VTS), Lucknow, India.

Any formal sponsorship agreements are handled via VTS.
Sponsorship fees, if any, are invoiced through VTS and handled as formal business transactions.
SHRTX does not guarantee impressions, traffic volume, click-through rate, conversion rate, search ranking impact, or business outcomes.
Sponsorship on SHRTX does not imply endorsement by other Vishwanath Tec Systems products or services.
Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once placement is live, except where required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Sponsorship Policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes related to sponsorship discussions or placements are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
