By accessing shrtx.in or using any tools provided by the SHRTX Web Utility Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.
SHRTX provides a collection of browser-based utilities designed to perform local-first processing. Most tools execute entirely on your device and do not require uploading data to SHRTX servers.
Most processing happens on your local device. On older or lower-powered hardware, compute-intensive tools may run slower or perform inconsistently for some users.
SHRTX is built on a local-first architecture. Tool inputs are processed entirely within the user's browser and are never transmitted to our servers. This design reduces data exposure and aligns with our mission to reduce scam exposure by avoiding download bait, discouraging software abuse, and limiting unnecessary data collection. SHRTX builds fast browser tools that reduce exposure to scams by replacing risky downloads with simple web utilities.
SHRTX is provided as a productivity and experimentation platform and is not a substitute for certified professional software in regulated or safety-critical environments.
You agree not to misuse the SHRTX platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
SHRTX is built using a combination of open-source libraries and publicly available technologies. Each third-party dependency is governed by its respective license.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property beyond what is explicitly permitted by applicable licenses.
SHRTX operates a consent-aware first-party analytics system for aggregate usage measurement, reliability tuning, and product planning (for example: search demand trends, tool performance trends, and PWA install/standalone usage trends).
Analytics is designed to avoid tool-input collection and does not provide users with personal profiling features. Administrative analytics endpoints are protected behind identity access controls.
Marketing measurement uses Google Analytics 4 only when advertising consent is on. GA4 is not loaded in local development and runs only in production deployments. It is not used for tool input data. GA4 is configured without client identifier storage and records page paths and referrer domains only.
SHRTX separates telemetry into operational and behavioral classes: operational telemetry (for in-site search demand and PWA lifecycle reliability) is aggregate and privacy-scoped, while behavioral analytics remains consent-gated.
SHRTX may display advertising content and affiliate links, including programs such as Google AdSense and Amazon Associates. Interaction with these services is subject to the respective third-party terms.
SHRTX may evaluate limited sponsorship collaborations. Sponsorship disclosures, eligibility controls, and placement boundaries are defined in the Sponsorship Policy.
Sponsored placements are advertisements, not product endorsements. Sponsorship does not create partnership, agency, or joint liability between SHRTX and the sponsor.
Sponsored placements do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice, and do not represent sponsor due diligence by SHRTX.
SHRTX retains editorial and placement control for sponsored content and may modify or remove placements at its discretion to protect platform integrity.
SHRTX does not guarantee impressions, traffic volume, click-through rate, conversion rate, ranking impact, or business outcomes for sponsored placements.

SHRTX does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of third-party offers or external services.
The SHRTX platform and all tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vishwanath Tec Systems and SHRTX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
SHRTX is maintained by an independent developer and may use machine learning (ML) and large language model (LLM) systems to assist with software development, debugging, documentation, and quality checks.
These systems are used as engineering assistance tools. They do not make binding decisions about users, and they are not a substitute for independent validation of tool outputs.
During normal local-first tool usage, SHRTX does not intentionally submit tool inputs to ML/LLM systems.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of SHRTX after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to SHRTX use.
